Having grown up surrounded by some of the top real estate agents in the Greater Los Angeles area, Britney Stellone quickly developed a love for working with others in the fast-paced SoCal housing market. Her father was a general contractor, and she’d often accompany him when he worked with realtors. While she learned a lot from her father, her natural ambition and drive clicked more naturally with the realtor side of the industry. These days, she loves sharing her accumulated knowledge with clients all over Southern California, feeling a distinct satisfaction in relieving any stress they feel about buying or selling property.
Britney acknowledges that she’s younger than the average realtor, but also notes a strength in growing up immersed in a wealth of technology. She’s extremely comfortable using state-of-the-art management platforms and marketing analysis to give her clients a distinct advantage in LA’s ultra competitive housing market. She also fosters close, long-lasting relationships with other agents which can come in handy during the negotiation process. Britney comes with a solid reputation of being a go-getter. When she focuses her attention on something she wants, nothing can stand in her way… and she always puts her clients’ needs and wants first.
With her adoration for architecture, it only makes sense that Britney has a twin fascination with drawing. She was also once a professional figure skater, representing Burbank’s Pickwick Ice Center.
